Are you looking for a full stack role where you get real ownership of projects, and get to see the results of your work in record time?

A new National Grid contract and a £3.65 million investment are propelling our next stage of development. We are now seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help us deploy our cutting-edge technology at scale and redefine what's possible.

At sees.ai, we’re making autonomous drones a reality. As our technology moves beyond prototype into real operations, we’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to lead innovative projects across our backend (Python), frontend (React/Typescript), and cloud (Google) infrastructure.

You'll architect cloud systems that manage and deliver critical data from drone operations across infrastructure sites, with your software processing and presenting insights from real-world missions.

Work alongside a talented team where technical discussions thrive and your individual growth is prioritised. You'll have real ownership over projects with tangible outcomes - seeing your data management systems support drone operations across critical infrastructure.

You'll be involved across the entire technology stack, from the React frontends that deliver insights to customers, to Python backends that handle drone image capture, classification, and data management. Your architectural decisions will directly influence how customers access and utilise mission-critical information.

What you'll do

Architect and develop cloud infrastructure systems, making key technical decisions across our TypeScript/React frontend and Python backend services. You'll design scalable solutions that support mission-critical drone operations from prototype to global deployment.

Expand cloud capabilities to enable comprehensive data management and customer-facing analytics from drone operations. You'll collaborate with Operations and Integration teams to gather feedback and improve how customers access and utilise their mission data.
