A full hiring programme, delivered. You don't pay unless we deliver.

Growth is for when you need certainty that the right people will be on your team to deliver ambitious plans — a funded round to deploy, a new product to bring to market, a major contract that needs a team behind it. Typically that's multiple roles across several functions, filled over three to twelve months.
Growth is the full Talent Studio model running across your entire hiring programme. We embed as your talent function and take operational ownership — the hiring systems and processes, sourcing, screening, early interviews and offers — while your managers run the final interviews and make the call, getting sharper at it with our coaching as we go.
As the programme runs, we're building a repeatable hiring engine underneath it, one that gets stronger with every hire.
The commercial model follows the same principle as Foundation: we agree a price upfront for your programme. We price for the results delivered, not salary levels or time spent — in practice, each vacancy is filled at a fraction of the cost agencies charge, whilst also building your company's hiring capability.
Because the work compounds as it runs — one search informs the next, and the playbook is already built — your cost per hire comes in below the Foundation charge, and falls further with each phase of the partnership.
The clearest picture of what that means is in the work itself. Promethean Particles doubled in size — 15 hires over 18 months.
[sees.ai](https://wearecohort.notion.site/sees-ai-373c22ba8c7481f8bbaeeb49baff2052) made 17 hires across six functions in ten months, the cost per hire lower in every phase.
Neupulse built a full launch team, including COO and CTO, across Foundation and then Growth — 11 hires, from first engineer through to product launch.
And in every case, the systems and pipeline now belong to the company.
