Foundation is where most companies start with us. It's built for the first one or more critical hires — and it's the complete Talent Studio service, not a stripped-back version of it. The same attraction strategy, sourcing, screening, interviews, process design and candidate management we bring to everything we do, applied to the hires that matter most right now.
The commercial model is simple. We agree a price upfront and we're paid when the hire is made. One-off hires are typically up to £4k, with multiples of the same skillset being significantly less.
What makes it different is what's left behind. Most recruiters fill the role and leave, taking the pipeline and the insight with them; next time, you start again and pay again.
With Foundation, when we're done you keep everything — the systems and processes we've put in place, your talent playbook, and the entire candidate pipeline, every applicant and every conversation. Hire from it again in six months and there's no further fee. It's yours to run yourself, or to bring us back for.
